Ballinwillin House Farm is situated in the heart of the Golden Vale in North Cork, Ireland. This family business is owned and run by Pat and Miriam Mulcahy. They produce high quality farmed food, produced using traditional Irish methods of farming.
All of their produce is from animals that roam pasturelands feeding on organically produced grass. There are no modern “intensive” farming methods used, and this creates a unique product with a superb taste.
The farm has had a magnificent heard of organic fed deer for over 20 years. They are internationally recognised for our quality and taste and their venison products have won awards all over the world.
The company also produces tame wild boar. The wild boar are free range and root the ground to find roots to feed on. Ballinwillin House Farm then supplement their diet with organic oats. The result is a tender meat with a fantastic flavour.
Ballinwillin House Farm’s meat comes from grass fed, free range animals, and using traditional Irish farming methods we produce superb lamb, beef, venion, pork and poultry for both the home and export market.
